Policies for housing your pet
- A maximum of two pets are allowed per room, with a charge upon check-in of $300.- pesos per day in the case of one pet or $400.- in the case of two. One pet is allowed in a Standard room. In the case of two pets, accommodation must be in a Studio, Jr Suite or Superior Suite.
- Each owner is responsible for the actions and care of their pet. In the event that the pet causes any damage or extensive cleaning is necessary beyond the normal cleaning process, additional charges will be made for which, in addition to the daily charge, a refundable deposit of $500 pesos per stay is requested. li>
- Animals that pose a risk to health or safety will not be allowed on the hotel premises. Included are those that, in the opinion of our staff, may cause damage to our property or that of other guests. The same goes for those who are not adequately cared for or who demonstrate unjustified aggression.
- In order for your housekeeper to perform the daily cleaning service, it is necessary that pets leave or be outside the room.
- Pets can be left alone in the Suite as long as they remain inside their carrier or cage. Upon receipt of two noise or disturbance complaints, we will ask the guest to make alternative arrangements for their pet.
- Every pet owner staying at our hotel must leave a mobile phone number so they can be reached in their absence. If we cannot contact you, the hotel staff is authorized to take your pet to the Doggy Park area, where it can always remain under the responsibility of the owner.
- Pets can walk through the hotel facilities always on a leash and under their supervision and it will be the responsibility of each owner to collect their waste and deposit the closed bags in the containers.
- Pets are prohibited from entering the pool and its surroundings.
- If any of the above guidelines are not met, we will need to request the eviction of the pets from the property without refund.
